Coffee Can Wait

I'm about as flexible as a steel beam. I can barely touch my knees, let alone my toes. As I've gotten older, I keep hearing how important stretching is, which only adds to my anxiety about snapping in half at any moment.

 
Then, the universe threw me a bone. My friend Scott sent me a video of five simple stretches you should do before your first cup of coffee—not after your workout, not sometime during the day—specifically before that first cup of coffee. I started doing them, and the impact was immediate.
