Interview Yourself

To save yourself the time and expense of attending seminar sessions or conducting a deep dive into your strengths and weaknesses, consider asking yourself a simple yet powerful question at every stage of your life, from your twenties through your nineties:

"Would I recommend myself as a ____________?"

Fill in the blank with the role you are considering, such as an intern, a CEO, a workout partner, a son, a father, a friend, or a business partner.
If your answer is "yes," that's wonderful.

However, if your answer is "no," take a moment to reflect on the reasons behind this response. By doing so, you'll quickly identify areas that require improvement.

This introspective question is especially valuable for young individuals as they embark on their journey of personal and professional growth.
