What are the main differences between Big A## and Big Class Calendars?
- The Big A## Calendar runs from January to December.
- The Big Class Calendar runs from July to June.
What improvements have you made on the Big A## Calendar from 2024 to 2025?
The 2024-2025 Big Class Calendar and 2025 The Big A## Calendar have several new product improvements from the 2024 Big A## and prior year calendars. Main differences are:
✅ NEW features: easy to wipe dry-erase calendar
✅ NEW accessories included: Dry-Erase FineTip Markers, 5 custom multi-color label sheets. The labels are fully backed with adhesive that will allow for easy on/off removable and the ability to move a couple times. The Dry-Erase Markers easily wipe from the calendar directly, but do not erase or smudge on the labels. If you prefer to write permanently on the calendar with permanent marker that is still an option

How do you recommend hanging the BIG calendars?
The calendars are lightweight and hang easily! Here are our favorite methods for displaying the calendar:
- Thumb tacks: we recommend 4 in each corner
- Double-sided tape: we recommend heavy duty double sides take on each corner plus on both left and right side of calendar
- Rolled for storage: some people don’t have the wall space and simply keep it rolled and slide it under their bed.
Will the sticky notes work on the Big Class and 2025 Big A## Dry Erase Calendars?

Where are your calendars made and what are they made of?
Our calendars are proudly MADE in the USA just outside Chicago, Illinois! All Class and 2025 Calendars are 14 PT and coated on one side with Dry Erase Laminate.
Do you offer a Gift Option?
Yes, we do! Simply navigate through the checkout process and enter the recipient’s address in the shipping address section.

Can you send me a discount code?
In general, we do not offer discounts on our products unless we are discontinuing or closing out the end of a season.
I live outside the US. How can I purchase?
Our products are available in most countries throughout the world! Navigate to the top right corner and choose your country of destination to see local currency, taxes and shipping cost. We ship all products out of country utilizing Global-e as the merchant of record. All orders will be processed in 48 hours Monday through Friday.

How do I purchase bulk if I am a school or tax-exempt organization?
Please fill out this form and a member of our team will reach out in 24 hours. We do accept purchase orders and will forward a copy of our W-9 and an invoice for payment.

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Returns must be received into our warehouse within 15 days of receiving a return label for refunds to be issued. Please make sure the item is returned unused and in good condition. What's your damaged product policy?
If you have received a damaged item please contact us (info@jesseitzler.com) and provide your name, order number, nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email.
We cannot process exchanges for damages if the product has been written on, used, or mishandled.
What is Route package protection & how does it work?
Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. If you have a lost, stolen or damaged product, please reach out to our support team at info@jesseitzler.com and we will assist you and facilitate your replacement if Route protection was included in your order.
What's your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied and have initiated a return and met all terms under the return policy, refunds for the cost of the product will be processed. Please allow 48 hours’ processing once a return is received into our warehouse and 3-5 business days for funds to be applied to the original form of payment.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping (Including Route Shipping Protection if Selected) fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, cancellations, or returns/exchanges.

What happens if I want to cancel or change my order?
We are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations or exchanges, as well as any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed. We cannot combine or split orders, add discount codes or products. Unauthorized returned packages will not receive a refund or credit.
How do you calculate shipping rates?
Shipping rates are intended for order processing, handling, packing of the products and delivering them to you. Shipping rates are based on real carrier rates and vary depending on the products ordered and destination. To determine your specific shipping rate, add the items to your cart, input your address and shipping rates will be calculated.
How long will it take to process my order?
Processing time or an estimated shipping date will be clearly noted in the product description of the item you order. Pre-Orders will ship by the specified date. In-stock products typically ship within 48 business hours (M-F) via UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the package ships.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is in process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email in your inbox within 48 hours of ordering an in-stock item or 48 hours from the designated ship date, please check your spam/junk folder. If you feel you entered your email address incorrectly simply contact us (info@jesseitzler.com) and we would be happy to help!
What if there's a problem with my shipping address?
Please double-check that your shipping and delivery information is correct prior to completing your purchase. Apartment #, unit # or suite # are necessary to ensure a successful delivery by our mail carriers. Once your order is received by the carrier, we are no longer in control of the shipment and can not make any updates to shipping address or shipping method.
If your package gets returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable shipping address, we'd be happy to reship your item, however, we will have to create a new order with the appropriate address and a new shipping cost will be applied.
Does my item have a guaranteed delivery date?
Shipping carriers do not guarantee a delivery date and simply provide their best estimation. Carrier estimations are calculated by travel distance and current volume and varying factors, such as busy holidays, severe weather conditions, or failed delivery attempts may cause exceptional delays.

Is there an age limit or physical requirement for joining one of Jesse Itzler’s coaching programs or events?
You must be 18 years old or older to join, but there are no physical or educational requirements to apply or join! By nature, some of our conversations pull stories from endurance activities and some challenges are physical, but you are free to choose what you want to participate in or not! Everyone is welcome no matter their level of fitness or business experience!
