Planting Seeds

I developed the habit of writing letters when I was in my twenties.

I wrote 10 of them every day for an entire year, which amounted to over 3,000 letters.

These were seeds that I planted, and although not all of them would grow into something, I knew that just one introduction, meeting, or referral could change my life.

Indeed, those seeds I planted years ago have since paid off in dramatic ways, leading to clients, friends, and relationships that have been immensely valuable.

And by framing our actions as planting seeds, we're motivated to sow good seeds, knowing that even one could yield life-changing results.

Embracing the analogy of planting seeds also relieves the pressure of immediate results, allowing us to trust in the process and patiently await the eventual growth.

Plant a seed today.
